Welcome to the Neurocritical Care Society’s Advocacy webpage. The purpose of this page is to focus on the promotion of neurocritical care as a practice and the NCS in particular. Advocacy can take many forms, from grassroots lobbying for legislative efforts to public awareness campaigns, but the overall effort is to ensure that the care of critically ill neurologic patients is continually advancing. This webpage provides a listing of the Advocacy Committee, links to the advocacy pages of some of our supporting societies, and will be updated with information on advocacy-related events. It will also provide access to previous Advocacy Columns that were featured in Currents.
