If you're currently working on any courses or certificates of completion, please finish them before July 21 to avoid losing progress as we work to launch an upgraded NCS Learning Center with an enhanced and more user-friendly learning experience for all users. Please also download all previously earned certificates prior to July 21 as old certificates will not be transferred to the new platform.
To prepare for this transition, access to CE activities on the current platform will be limited from July 21 to August 29.
We also encourage ENLS live courses to be scheduled outside of the July 21-August 29 window to ensure learners have access to all the proper materials for a successful course experience.

Will the Learning Center be down and inaccessible July 21 through August 29?
While you may still be able to access your course materials and product purchases during this time, any progress you make will not be saved after July 21.
Can I make a course or product purchase in the Learning Center during this time?
No, we do not suggest making a purchase during this time as any purchases or courses will not be transferred over to the new Learning Center. Please wait to make any course or product purchases after August 29.
What level of access will users have to the Learning Center from July 21 to August 29?
If you need to access the Learning Center you will be able to do so, but any progress in your courses during this time will not be saved.
Will I lose access to course and product purchases after August 29?
If you still have time left on your course, you will be enrolled in your course in the new Learning Center, but your status and any certificates of completion will not be transferred.
Will there be any way for me to access certificates after July 21?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide access to certificates or transcripts after July 21.
