Special Session Proposals Open
Submit by Tuesday, February 25, 2025
New for 2025, the Neurocritical Care Society (NCS) is pleased to announce a Call for Special Sessions for the 23rd Annual Meeting, open now through Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at 11:59 PM Central Time.
About Special Sessions
Special Sessions are 60-minute sessions that explore topics and concepts expanding beyond the traditional research and topics presented at the Annual Meeting. These proposed sessions should be unique in topic and format, offer ample opportunities for audience engagement, and have the potential to include junior researchers and clinicians. Special Sessions will be organized into one of the main education tracks: Clinical Practice; Delivery; Quality and Safety; and Science of Neurocritical Care. The Annual Meeting Committee reserves the right to make minor modifications to submissions.
Please review the submission instructions, guidelines, and subsequent sections on this page before beginning your submission. Decision notifications will be released late March.
Visit the submission portal and select the education track that is best aligned with your content to begin. NCS membership is not required to submit; however, we encourage all speakers to join NCS as a member and we will give preferential speaking spots to our NCS members.
