Optimal blood pressure (BP) management is controversial in acute ischemic stroke and intracerebral hemorrhage. This presentation summarizes guideline recommendations and examines the literature for BP management in patients with acute ischemic stroke and intracerebral hemorrhage.

- Discuss the epidemiology and impact of hypertension in acute ischemic stroke (AIS) and intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH)
