Cancellation & Substitution Policy

NCS must receive all cancellations in writing by Monday, August 15, 2025. Please email cancellation requests to registration@neurocriticalcare.org with documentation of your reason for cancellation. All refunds will be reviewed by NCS, and if approved, will be processed with a $100 administrative fee. After Monday, August 15, 2025, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

Substitutions can be made, without a fee, by contacting our registration team at registration@neurocriticalcare.org by Monday, September 15, 2025. Substitutions can only be credited toward the 2025 Annual Meeting.

Please note: Any hotel reservations must be cancelled separately and directly with the hotel.
