IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR PRESENTATION
We are looking forward to your poster presentation at the NCS Annual Meeting. Please refer to your Presenter Letter sent to you on Thursday, July 11, for your designated Poster Presentation Day. You are designated to present either on Day 1 or Day 2. Please plan your travel accordingly. If you have questions, please contact speakers@neurocriticalcare.org.

Registration deadline. Presenters are responsible for all registration, travel and housing costs and fees.
- The presenting author is required to register for the NCS Annual Meeting by Wednesday, July 31. If you have requested publication in NCS's journal, Neurocritical Care during the submission process, failure to register by Wednesday, July 31, will result in the removal of your abstract from publication. - At least one (1) author must be available to present during the abstract's assigned “Meet the Poster Authors” session. If you are unable to attend the full annual meeting, you must still register and attend the required “Meet the Poster Authors” session on your assigned day/time.

Acceptance Confirmation – Due Sunday, July 14
The deadline to confirm your poster acceptance is Sunday, July 14. To accept, please log into the Presenter Portal to complete BOTH of the action items below:
- Confirm in your "My Submissions" section. Only the Presenting Author is required to confirm the acceptance.
- Complete Stage 2 in your "My Submissions" section.
If you require assistance, or if there is a presenter change at a later date, please email speakers@eurocriticalcare.org. There is no virtual option to present your poster and there is no option for virtual posters in the mobile app.
Poster Guidelines
You are responsible for printing poster and bringing your poster to the NCS Annual Meeting. Please download and save the NCS Annual Meeting Poster Guidelines. Your printed poster should not exceed 90 inches wide by 42 inches high (90” width x 42” height) AND/OR should not exceed 228.6 centimeters in width by 42 centimeters in height (228.6 cm width x 106.68 cm height). Posters are required to adhere to these guidelines. You may use the NCS Annual Meeting PowerPoint Template for creating your poster (optional).
On-site printing
We recommend printing your poster ahead of time through the FedEx Office Print Center located at the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego and picking it up when you arrive at the meeting. Click here for more information.

Poster Hall Presentation Day 1 and Day 2
Poster Presenters will now present their poster on Day 1 OR Day 2. The Presenting Author is required to set up their poster on their assigned poster board, attend their designated poster session, stand in front of their poster for the full hour to discuss their research with attendees, and remove their poster by the removal deadline. There is no virtual option to present your poster.
Please plan your travel accordingly to set up your poster and present your poster at your specific designated time or ensure a colleague can do so on your behalf. There will be no exceptions or rescheduling of your designated presentation day. We strongly recommend printing your poster ahead of time through the FedEx Office Print Center located at the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego and picking it up when you arrive at the meeting. Distinguished Professor Rounds – Tuesday, October 16
Based on reviewer scores, the top 10% of posters will be selected to be part of Poster Distinguished Professor Rounds that will be held during poster hall hours on Tuesday, October 15, 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. PT. Distinguished Professors will receive a notification and further instructions, if selected. Distinguished Posters will stay up BOTH days, but only present during Day 1.

Oral Abstract Presenters are required to upload their presentations from a USB flash drive in the Speaker Ready Room by 5:00 p.m. PT the day before your presentation. This will allow the onsite audiovisual team to ensure your presentation is correctly set-up for your session. Please plan for this requirement when registering.
Please note: You will still need to check in at the Speaker Ready Room even if you uploaded your PowerPoint in the speaker portal. Please see Speaker Ready Room dates and times below.
There will also be a Speaker Orientation Virtual Meeting on Monday, October 7. Please register for the orientation here.
Speaker Ready Room
Speakers are required to check in at the Speaker Ready Room, (Solana Beach A (Seaport Tower - 3rd Floor) when they arrive on-site to provide the AV team with their final PowerPoint presentations the evening before their session. Visit this room by 5:00 p.m. PT the day before your session to ensure your presentation will be properly displayed. Speakers are still required to check into the Speaker Ready Room even if they uploaded their final presentation to the speaker portal. This is also a space for speakers to test their PowerPoint, test video elements or practice presenting.
