Grant Opportunities

NCS is proud to offer grant opportunities to support the attendance of neurocritical care professionals at the 23rd NCS Annual Meeting, taking place in person in Montréal, Quebec, September 18-21, 2025. Grants for travel and family care are available to NCS members. 

Travel Grant Applications

Applications are currently being accepted for the Travel Grant Award program for the 23rd Annual Meeting, which takes place from September 18-21, 2025, in Montréal, Quebec. The Travel Grant Award program will provide grants to NCS members who would have otherwise not attended the meeting, particularly first-time attendees.

Travel grant applications close on Monday, June 30, 2025. Grant recipients will be notified in July.

Details

  • Twenty-five (25) $1,000 grants will be awarded.
  • The travel grant is needs-based and does not require an abstract submission. However, applicants are strongly encouraged to submit an abstract to the meeting.
  • The travel grant can be used for annual meeting registration, workshop registration and/or travel expenses. Awardees must register for and attend the 23rd NCS Annual Meeting.

Eligibility

  • Open to all neuroscience critical care nurses, advanced practice nurses, pharmacists, and residents/fellows, and international (resource-limited countries) physicians (MD, DO, RN, PhD, PharmD, mid-level practitioners, fellows, and residents).
  • The applicant must be a current member of NCS.
  • The applicant must be currently working in neuroscience/critical care.
